Turnaround Time for Spiritwear 

While we do our best to move fast, turnaround times can vary depending on the item, graphics, and order size.

Small Orders (in-stock items):
If your design is already approved or on file, we can typically have orders ready in as little as 1–2 business days after it has been ordered and paid for. In some cases, we’re even able to complete same-day orders — though this can’t always be guaranteed. When you order, simply select the timeline that fits your needs for delivery.

Large or Bulk Orders:
Bigger orders naturally take a bit more time, we’ll be able to tell you ahead of time when this large is expected to be ready.

When ordering you have the option of selecting the production speed. Prices differs depending on how fast you need your order ready.

There are three options for designing and customizing a product. Click a product on the left-hand panel and choose one of the options.

1. Custom Design: lets you customize the products. Click it to open the design studio and use multiple tools to create your own design.

2. Upload Design: using this option, you can upload your own GIF, PNG, EPS, AI, PDF and PSD images, we can also except JPG, JPEG but these 2 are not recommended.

3. Browse Design: use this to select hundreds of pre-loaded templates. Work on them or customize them through our design studio.

Yes, we do have a rewards program and also a reseller option.

We have Three options:

Option 1- Anyone that orders on our site gains reward point from their purchase. When they use our site again, they can redeem these points to offset the cost of their next purchase.

Option 2- If you are a school PTA, PTO or any type of school club or Military unit, you can sign up with Infocus. Here you will also gain the same rewards as in Option 1, but everyone that orders from your store, Infocus will match any given rewards to the client and add the same to your account from every item we sell, even if a family designs their own T-Shirt but have selected your organization then your school/club/unit will receive reward points from those sales.

Option 3- We offer bulk orders, this option is for resellers, School/units that will manage their own sales and pricing. 

We do guarantee best prices vs service for your bulk orders, if you find a better price we will match it against any German business minus 10% on your first order and the same price thereafter but with your rewards as bonus.
