Day 1.

Fly into Glasgow. Get picked up and taken to your accommodation The rest of the day will be spent getting settled in and having something to eat. It is on this day we will set out some photography goals for this trip.

Day 2,

You will start each day with a good breakfast. After breakfast we will head out of Glasgow stopping at Dornie and Eilean Donan Castle on our way to the Isle of Skye. This is probably the most photographed castle in Scotland. You never know what you may get but you know it could be spectacular.

Eilean Donan Castle is normally open from 25 March - 29 October (open 10.00am – 6.00pm)

We will spend some time at the castle before having lunch. After lunch, we will continue on to the Isle of Skye. After getting to our accommodation we will set out to take some photographs around Portree and the surrounding area. We can then spend the evening exploring the town with the opportunity for some night photography if you wish.

On day 3 & 4. we will get up, have breakfast and set out to explore the beautiful Isle of Skye. We will go see the Old man of Storr, visit the Quarang and the Fairy pools of Skye. If time allows we will go catch the sunset at the Neist point lighthouse for some spectacular photos. It will then be time to set off back to our accommodation.

Day 4.

After breakfast on day 4 We will spend time sightseeing and getting a feel for this friendly Isle and its locals. After some photography we will set out for the Isle of Mull.

Day 5&6.

Making an early start on this morning after having a good breakfast we will set out to photograph the Isle of Mull. Scotland has around 800 islands and Mull is one of the most beautiful with the colored houses of Tobermory and only a short ferry ride away.

From Mull there are many day trips that can be made, you can visit Fingals cave, Duart Castle or you could also visit Iona Abbey on the Isle of Iona. With two days you will have time to see this beautiful Island and surrounding area.

At the end of day 6 we will head back to our accommodation.

Day 7.

After breakfast we will leave Mull and go to a place called Glenfinnan at the head of Loch Shiel. This is a spectacular place. It has the Jacobite monument and also the Glenfinnan Viaduct that was used in the Harry Potter movies. We will take some time to get some photographs and then have lunch. After lunch we will tour the surrounding area heading to the outstanding Glen Coe for more photography opportunities before heading back to Glasgow.

Day 8.
